Often when you’re having difficulty losing weight, the problems can be linked to the thyroid. (There are a lot of natural ways to help boost your thyroid… I tend to lean homeopathic when it comes to my health.)
As far as diets go, there aren’t many diets out there that are credible, and starving yourself is the last thing you want to do. Eating healthy meals, and avoiding processed sugars, is key. Eat a good breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two small snacks in between… it’s good to “graze” throughout the day.
Getting sleep, drinking a lot of water, lots of cardio and an overall healthy lifestyle is one of the most effective ways to keep your body in shape.
However your definition of “in shape” needs to fit your body type, don’t try to push yourself into a look that isn’t yours, it won’t work. You need to do what’s best for you and keep yourself healthy. <3 ))
